Printed Matter, the historical institution based in New York dedicated to preserving and promoting the production of artists’ book, has moved to the West Coast for the third year in a row for LA Art Book Fair. Starting this evening with a special musical performances by No Age and Prince Rama, and running until the 1st of February at the Geffen Contemporary at MOCA, LA Art Book Fair is a unique event for artists’ books, art catalogs, monographs, periodicals, and zines presented by over 250 international presses, booksellers, antiquarians, artists, and independent publishers.
